What is the refund policy for auctions?

When you place a bid on Rankbid, you authorize the platform to charge you the bid amount if you win the auction. Upon winning, the payment is transferred to the auction organizer, who is notified of your bid amount and your email address.

Refunds are managed entirely by the auction organizer. If you wish to dispute a payment, you can do so either through Stripe or by contacting the auction organizer directly.

If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the auction organizer, you may contact us for arbitration. Please note that Rankbid will only consider issuing a refund if you can provide evidence of your communication with the auction organizer and if the auctioned item or service has not been delivered.
